If within these 2 weeks, no discussion or not enough of a discussion to schedule the match has been happening, then actions will be taken if there is no valid reason given. Penalty points will be given, and if happened to much, disqualification will be in it's place. If 1 team actively tries to schedule a match, but the other team does not communicate back or keeps delaying something. Then 1 team will win by default and the other team will lose by default + 2 penalty points. If both teams do not communicate, discuss or activaly find a way to schedule the match, then both teams will be granted 2 penalty points. You are allowed to schedule a match outside of these 2 weeks, but discussion and possibly scheduling must happen within these 2 weeks, unless there is a valid reason for not being able to schedule.
